Course Description :
Industrial/Organizational Psychology is designed to provide an introduction to the field of I/O psychology. We will explore the basic concepts and theories related to I/O psychology including methodology and a brief analysis of major content areas such as personnel selection, performance appraisal, leadership, motivation, and occupational health just to name a few. Students will gain greater awareness of the history and principles driving I/O psychological scientific research and will learn how to thinkcritically and creatively about work psychology.
