October 20, 2010 - Thomas Steyer, Co-managing parter at Farallon Capital Management, LLC and George P. Shultz, former US Secretary of State and chair of the Energy Policy Task Force, along with a selected panel of students discuss the issues behind Proposition 23 on the Nov 2 California ballot and why passage of this proposition would represent a huge step backward both for California and the nation at large.
