(NOTE: The RMI demo issue in this video is fixed in "Part 8")
This video covers the second part of UDP and TCP over IP. It also covers the differences between UDP, TCP and RMI. There is a failed attempt to get RMI running with the example in the lecture. The lecture covers how to use RMI but the example was untested and failed to load. The actual problem was that I wasn't running everything from the same directory location and I did not have a path or classpath set. In any case, the demo is redone in Part 8 after I discovered what the issue was. The PowerPoint example works just fine. The source code can be downloaded from http://www.bhecker.com/SCode.zip.
