Recording of Dynamics Lecture 6 Part 1 as part of the Dynamics & Control module (UFMFM8-30-3) at UWE Bristol.

This video reviews the theory underlying the modal analysis technique to solving multiple degree of freedom problems with an applied force. Properties of modal vectors are studied, and the method to determine the modal matrix is also discussed.
